UPDATE:  PRESIDENT TRUMP EXTENDS THE SUSPENSION OF INCREASED RECIPROCAL TARIFFS ON CHINA

In an executive order signed by President Trump on August 11^th, he has extended the suspension of the increased reciprocal tariff that was to be imposed on China on August 12^th. 

The reciprocal tariff of 10% will remain in effect until 12:01 am eastern standard time on November 10, 2025.

The 20% tariff pursuant to the IEEPA fentanyl issue remains unchanged.
